By attaching Airpods (those with an accelerometer), the back extensions and squats are automatically counted.
Make sure your Airpods are connected.
Press "Start" to start the measurement. It is counted when you do push-ups.
You can enter it manually even if you dont have Airpods.
Press "Save" to save the number of times and graph it by day, week or month
